Knitting kit for Ingrid slipover designed by PetiteKnit in Önling No 15 + Silk mohair

The Ingrid Slipover is worked from the top down in a knit and purl texture pattern. The Slipover is made up by on three different pattern sections, each one separated by an eyelet section. Here we work it in one strand of Önling No 15 (100% merino) and one strand of silk mohair for a soft result.

The yarn kit contains:  Yarn for the elected size and a printed pattern.

The sweater in the pictures on this page is NOT designed in Önling yarns (pictures are designer's own).

Size guide
The Ingrid Slipover is designed to have approx. 20 cm [8 inches] of positive ease, meaning it is designed to be approx. 20 cm [8 inches] larger in circumference than your bust measurement.
The measurements for the finished garment are given on the first page of the pattern.
A size S slipover has a bust circumference of 108 cm [42½ inches] which in the given example would give you 18 cm [7 inches] of positive ease.

Col. A1: 200(250)250(300)300(350)400(400)400 g Önling No 15, 100% Merino wool. 50 g = approx. 175 m
Col A2: 75(100)100(125)125(125)150(150)150 g Önling No 10, 70% Mohair, 30% Silk, 25 g = approx. 210m.
- Worked with one strand of each quality thorughout

Gauge: 20 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches] in texture pattern on 4 mm [US6] needles after wash and blocking

Needles: Circular needles: 4 mm [US6] / 40, 60, 80 and/or 100 cm [16, 24, 32 and/or 40 inches], 3 mm [US2½] / 40 cm [16 inches] and 3.5 mm [US4] / 40, 80 and/or 100 cm [16, 32 and/or 40 inches]

In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:

- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.

- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.

- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.

Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
