Return policy and withdraw options
Right to withdraw
If you regret your purchase from Önling, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 4 weeks from the day you received your goods. You must return your items in original packaging with labels and in the same condition as you received them.
You must cover the cost associated with returning the package to us (shipping etc).
If you want to return products, simply fill in the return form - download return form HERE. Remember to fill in all the required information and enclose the form with the goods. Remember to keep your postal receipt as proof that the goods have been shipped. You can re-use the shipping bag that you received your items in. Önling does not accept returned items that are sent cash on delivery. If the returned goods are lost during transport, the responsibility lies with you as a customer.
Returning items that have been used, and are therefore not returned in the same condition is you received them, you as the consumer are liable for the deterioration of the items. In such cases Önling will perform an assessment of the goods, and determine the price to be paid for the deterioration.

If you wish to withdraw from your order, you must notify Önling within 14 days of receiving your goods, and within 14 days of the notification the items must be shipped to Önling. Please expect a processing time of 5 week days from when we have received your return parcel.
When the items have been received and approved, the purchase price (not the cost of shipping) will be refunded to your account within a few days.
No right of withdrawal
The following purchases / agreements cannot be withdrawn or cancelled:
- Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch,
- Agreements for accommodation, but not for residential purposes, transport of goods, car hire, catering or leisure facilities, when the date or period has been agreed. (The latter can, for example, be courses, classes, conventions, workshops etc.) i.e. our courses with fixed dates.
- Delivery of digital content, i.e. our digital knitting patterns, which are not delivered physically on e.g. CD or DVD, if you have previously agreed that the execution will be started and that your right of withdrawal will therefore be lost.
Complaints
Önling creates products of a very high quality. However, in rare cases there may be quality issues with the goods, so we encourage you to check the goods upon receipt of your order. If you want to register a complaint, please contact customer service by phone +45 21252525 or send an e-mail to info@oenling.com.
In case you receive the wrong products, please also notify us by phone or e-mail. You must return the products to Önling, we will advice you on how to send it, and we will refund the cost of the return postage. Please send proof of postage along with the return package, as proof of your payment.
All products are covered by the Danish Purchase Act which include a 2 year warranty. This warranty means that you as a customer can raise complaints about defects in the goods that occur within 24 months of the purchase. The warranty does not cover defects or damage that occur due to incorrect use, improper washing, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Önling covers shipping costs in connection with complaints, provided that the claim is approved.
