Nordic knitted sweaters at Önling
Önling is located in Denmark, and we are therefore naturally inspired by the Nordic design tradition with its focus on functional and timeless design, in all our knit designs for Nordic sweaters and other knitting patterns. Knitting kits and yarn
All Önling knitting patterns are designed by Katrine Hannibal, our creative director and co-founder. Our knitting patterns are also available is knitting kits with knitting pattern, matching yarn and numerous color options to choose from, see for instance knitting kits for sweaters. The collection of knitting kits also include designs by other Danish and international knit designers. At Önling we focus on knitting kits, because we know that even the best knitting patterns will not convert to your favorite sweater, if it is not complemented by the perfect yarn. We have therefore developed our own series of high quality yarn made from natural materials, Önling Yarn, that forms the basis for most of our knitting patterns. In addition to this we sell yarn from famous, Danish yarn brand Isager and a few other carefully selected yarn brands.
