Yarn kit for Bella Blocking sweater v2 by Anne Ventzel with 3/4-length sleeves in Önling No 16 and Silk mohair (excl pattern)
Bella Blocking is a feminine sweater. The 2-tone pattern creates a wonderful opportunity for you to create your own unique version. Anne Ventzel has knitted it in multiple combinations of colors and yarns - some with a lovely spring vibe, others with more of a fall feeling.
Version 1 and 2 have been worked with four strands held together, which creates a great opportunity for you to make your own lively and exciting color blends. It can feel a little bit like mixing water colors, only using yarn instead. Playing with colors in this way is incredibly fun and exciting, and it will create a unique and exciting look for your sweater.
Here we knit Bella Blocking version 2 with three-quarter length sleeves with 1 strand Önling No 16 and 3 strands Önling No 10, resulting in a rustic and colorfull look, with a soft and fluffy feel.
If you desire to knit Bella Blocking version 1 with long sleeves, you can purchase the yarn kit here.
PLEASE NOTE:
- This kit does not include a pattern. You can buy the pattern at Anne Ventzel's
- The model shown in the pictures on this page are designers own and NOT worked in Önling yarns.

It varies from person to person how much positive ease you like in your clothes. It can be a good idea to measure some of your favorite sweaters to help you choose the perfect size for you. I like a slightly looser fit, so I have chosen 23 cm / 9.06 inches of positive ease for my versions of BELLA BLOCKING, and I recommend a minimum of 15 cm / 5.91 inches of positive ease.

ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a knitting kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In some cases, however, you will not receive a pattern as part of your order:
If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
