Knitting kit for Linea Mittens in Önling No 1
The Linea Mittens are characterized by their beautiful graphic pattern with clean lines that run elegantly along the hand. The vertical stripes create a calm and modern look, while also making them interesting to knit. Knit them in soft, discreet colors for a clean, minimalist style, or in more eye-catching shades to brighten up a cold winter day.
The mittens are knitted in our ultra-soft and luxurious Önling No 1, a yarn spun from the finest qualities, making your knit both exclusive and comfortable to wear. The yarn’s lightness and warmth make the Linea Mittens ideal for the cold months, when you need something cozy yet still light.

Procedure
The mittens are worked in the round from the wrist toward the fingers. They are knitted using the magic loop method, but can of course be worked on double-pointed needles if preferred. Begin with a two-color ribbed cuff. Continue following the chart across the hand, where stitches are set aside for the thumb and a thumb gusset is worked. After completing the thumb gusset, a piece of scrap yarn is knitted into the work, then continue according to the chart to the top of the mitten. Finally, stitches are picked up for the thumb, placed on the needle, and the thumb is finished.
Please note:
The price of the yarn kit is calculated based on the amount of yarn included, which is the amount we have used to knit the design according to the above measurements. Should you need more yarn, additional yarn can be purchased at regular prices by placing an order and state lot number in the comment box at checkout. All designs have been thoroughly calculated and tested.
ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a knitting kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In some cases, however, you will not receive a pattern as part of your order:
If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
