Yarn kit for Coloured Crosses Junior by Anne Ventzel in Önling No 2
Coloured Crosses Junior is a lovely and soft sweater with an elegant stranded colorwork pattern worked in four colors. The sweater is worked with edges in twisted rib and a soft, rolling edge at the neck. The design is worked from the top down. The first part of the yoke is worked back and forth, while the neckline is being formed, then the work is joined in the round. If you follow the instructions for the yoke carefully, the stranded pattern and the raglan increases become symmetrical and meet correctly at the armholes.
PLEASE NOTE:
- This kit does not include a pattern. You can buy the pattern at anneventzel.com
- The model shown in the pictures on this page are designers own and NOT worked in Önling yarns.

ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
