Yarn kit for Wooly Roger by Anne Ventzel in Önling No 20 and No 10 Silk mohair
Wooly Roger is lovely soft sweater with a fun stranded colourwork pattern, twisted rib details and a soft, folded rib neck edge. The sweater is worked from the top down. The first part of the yoke is worked back and forth, while the neckline is shaped, then the work is joined in the round and the rest of the sweater is worked in the round. If you follow the instructions for the yoke carefully, the stranded pattern and the raglan increases become symmetrical and meet correctly at the armholes.
NOTE: For this kit you choose 2 colors of Önling No 20 (Shetland wool), and we will choose and add 2 matching colors of Silk Mohair, for you to knit together with colors A and B (see materials below).

In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a knitting kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In some cases, however, you will not receive a pattern as part of your order:
If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
