Knitting kit for No 43 top by VesterbyCrea in Önling No 21 + Silk mohair
No 43 top is a stunningly beautiful summer top knitted with structure knitting on the body and short sleeves in garter stitches. The contrast between the cotton/linen yarn on the body and the added mohair sleeves gives the top a lovely and feminine touch!
The top is worked top-down and here we knit it in 2 strands of Önling No 21 and silk mohair for the sleeves.
The pattern is a PDF file. Immediately after purchase you will be able to download the pattern directly from the purchase confirmation page. The front piece is joined with cast on stitches from the back piece and then worked in the round in pattern and finished with a ribbing and tubular italian bind off. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up along the arm hole and then worked in short rows and then worked in the round in stockinette. The sleeves are finished with a ribbing and bind off. The summer top is seamless.
ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
