Here we knit Elsi Vest in 2 strands held together, Önling No 20 and silk mohair. With this combination you will get a beautiful, rustic yet soft and light vest.

Recommended ease: On average 20 cm /8 inches of positive ease. This garment is designed with positive ease, meaning the bust circumference of the garment is bigger than your actual bust circumference. When choosing which size to knit, measure your bust circumference and add 20 cm / 8 inches of positive ease to that number. Compare your result with the garment’s bust circumference, and choose the closest size.

In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
