Yarn kit for Sweater No 9 Light by My Favourite Things Knitwear in Önling No 1 (excl pattern)
Sweater No. 9 is a classic raglan sweater with a high, ribbed neck. A timeless and elegant knitted piece with a beautiful drape and comfortable, loose shape. The neckline is shaped by working short rows after having worked the ribbed edge.
As the sweater is worked from the top down, you can try on the sweater as your work progresses.
Here we knit Sweater No 9 Light in Önling No 1, our absolutely scratch-free merino wool and Angora wool yarn. This will give you the result of an extremely light and very soft sweater.

Size guide
Sweater No. 9 should be worked with a positive ease of approx. 20-25 cm [8-9.75 inches].
Measure yourself before you begin to ensure that you choose the correct size.
The sizes suit a bust circumference of approx. 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) cm [ 31.5-33.5 (33.5-35.5) 35.5-37.5 (37.5-39.5) 39.5-43.25 (43.25-47.25) 47.25-51 (51-55) inches].
For example: Your bust circumference is 89 cm [35 inches] + 20-25 cm [8-9.75 inches] = 109-114 cm [43-44.75 inches]. Meaning you would choose a size S with a circumference of 112 cm [44 inches].

4 mm [US 6] circular needles (40 and 80, 100 or 120 cm [16 and 32, 40 or 48 inches])

ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
