Knitting kit for Chunky Easy Peasy sweater in Önling No 1 + silk mohair
Chunky Easy Peasy sweater is part of Önlinng's Easy Peasy series of knitting patterns.
It is a perfect project if you want to knit an easy and simple sweater on large needles. It is easy to knit, and the pattern is written in an easy to understand language, without the use of abbreviations and with video referrals for all techniques.
You can choose if you want a regular neckline or a turtleneck - both are described in the pattern. You will get a classic and nordic design that you can use for many years to come - and by knitting it yourself, you will support the slow fashion revolution.
We have worked this design in two threads together so that we can knit the sweater on needle size no. 7. The first is our favorite yarn; Önling No 1 and the second is Önling No 10, which is a thread of Silk Mohair. The result is a light, soft, comfortable and fluffy sweater, that you'll want to move in to.
The model is worked top-down, have a normal fitting (0 - 5 cm of positive ease). It is designed to be a bit short with deep armholes and long, slightly wide sleeves.
This kit contains: Yarn for the selected size and color and a digital pattern
The pattern is a PDF file. Immediately after purchase you will be able to download the pattern directly from the purchase confirmation page. The piece is then divided into body and sleeves, which are finished separately.
Please note
The price of the yarn kit is calculated based on the amount of yarn included, which is the amount we have used to knit the design according to the above measurements. Should you need more yarn, additional yarn can be purchased at regular prices by placing an order and state lot number in the comment box at checkout. All designs have been thoroughly calculated and tested.
ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a knitting kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In some cases, however, you will not receive a pattern as part of your order:
If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
