Knitting kit for Vera Summer t-shirt with eyelet raglan seams by Önling, in our Everyday kit
This is the T-shirt that you will always want to wear. It fits well, it is simple and elegant with pretty eyelet raglan seams. It is fun and easy to knit and looks good on everybody. It is designed as a fitted T-shirt that follows your body curves - neither too loose nor too tight – it just fits. If you prefer an oversize T-shirt, you may go up one size. You can make it in many different materials to achieve different looks. We have chosen our No 12 (a wool and cotton blend) or No 21 (a cotton and linen blend), both combined with a strand of our No 13 wool and cashmere blend. This will give your T-shirt a beautiful, mottled and wonderfully summery look
This knitting kit contains:Önling No 12 and No 13 yarn and a pattern.
The pattern is a PDF file. Immediately after purchase you will be able to download the pattern directly from the purchase confirmation page. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to your pattern, and the pattern will be available here at the site via your personal account - so remember to create an account :-) Read more about digital knitting patterns here.

Procedure
The T-shirt is worked in the round from the top down. Stitches are cast on using a provisional, crochet cast-on to allow adjusting the size of the neck opening later. Short rows are worked at neck and shoulders to make the back of the neck higher than the front. The yoke is worked with raglan increases and deep armholes. The yoke stitches are then divided into body and sleeves, which are finished separately.
Please Note:
The price of the yarn kit is calculated based on the amount of yarn included, which is the amount we have used to knit the design according to the above measurements. Should you need more yarn, additional yarn can be purchased at regular prices by placing an order and state LOT number in the comment box at checkout
ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
