Yarn kit for Sweater No 11 by My Favourite Things Knitwear in Önling No 1 + 10 (excl pattern)
Sweater No. 11 is inspired by the oversize silhouette in contemporary fashion.
Twisted rib as well as the shoulder construction make the sweater edgy and distinct. The sweater is longer at the back then at the front, creating an asymmetrical shape.
The sweater is worked seamlessly top down in stocking stitch.
We knit Sweater No 11 in our luxurious merino and Angora wool Önling No 1 held together with our soft silk mohair, resulting in a warm and ultimately soft sweater.

Suggested needles:
5 mm [US 8] circular needles (80 or 100 cm [31.5 or 39.5 inches])
4 mm [US 6] circular needles (40 [15.75 inches] and 80 or 100 cm [31.5 or 39.5 inches])
Gauge:
In stocking stitch using 5 mm [US 8] needles 17 sts / 23 rows for every 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches]
In twisted rib using 4 mm [US 6] needles 24-25 sts / 25 rows for every 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches]
Materials:
350 (350) 400 g Önling No 1, 75% Merino Superfine Super 100s Wool and 25% Angora, 50 g = approximately 197 yards (180 meters).
Held together with
125 (150) 150 g Önling No 10, 70% Mohair, 30% Silk, 25 g = approximately 230 yards (210 meters)
You work with 2 strands held together throughout

- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
