Knitting kit for September sweater from PetiteKnit in Önling No 10 silk mohair
We're many who has looked forward to see the new brioche stitch sweater from PetiteKnit. This sweater is worked in three threads of silk mohair - and have you seen that neckline? The September Sweater is worked from the top and down with a super exciting construction around the shoulders. It is worked in a brioche stitch with three threads throughout.
In this kit, we have worked it on our own silk mohair, Önling No 10, which has a big selection of beautiful colors. Our own rosa version on these pictures are worked in the color Dusty rose (3628). It can also be worked in Isager Silk Mohair or Brushed Lace by Mohair by Canard.

The knitting kit contains: Silk Mohair yarn for the chose size and a printed pattern
Sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL
The September sweater is an oversized sweater, and should have a postive ease on 15-20 cm compared to your bust circumference.
Bust circumference: 98 (103) 107 (113) 120 (127) 137 cm
Length: 56 (58) 59 (64) 70 (72) 75 cm (measured mid back including folded neck edge)
Gauge:12 sts x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm in brioche stitch with 3 strands of silk mohair on 5 mm needles (or the required needle size to obtain gauge), after blocking (note that 28 rows in brioche stitch count as 14 knit stitches)
Please note: Worked with three threads throughout
Needles: Circular needles: 5 mm [US8] / 40, 60, 80 and/or 100 cm, 4.5 mm [US7] / 80 or 100 cm, and 3.5 mm [US4] / 40 cm Double-pointed needles: 4.5 mm [US7]

This kit does not contain the original yarn used by PetiteKnit, but carefully selected yarn that matches the gauge:
250 (275) 300 (325) 350 (375) 375 g Silk Mohair, Önling No 10, 70% Mohair, 30% Silk 25 g = 210 meters

Should you need more yarn, additional yarn can be purchased at regular prices by placing an order and state LOT number in the comment box at checkout. ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
