Knitting kit for Freja T-shirt in Önling No 21 + Önling No 13

A light and versatile T-shirt with a timeless look and delicate seed stitch details along the sides. The fit is relaxed and slightly oversized with approx. 15–20 cm / 6–8 inches of positive ease, while the deep armholes and short sleeves create a modern, casual look. The T-shirt is comfortable to wear all year round. Wear it in the warmer months as an airy T-shirt, or as a light layer under a cardigan or jacket in the colder months. Instructions are also included for knitting ¾-length or long sleeves, making it easy to adapt to both season and style.

Here we knit Freja T-shirt in one strand Önling No 21 held together with one strand Önling No 13, cresting a slightly textured and beautifully natural look.

Recommended circular needles sizes 3 and 3½ mm / US 2.5 and 4, in 80 cm / 32 inches length (we use magic loop for small circumferences)

Procedure
The T-shirt is worked in the round from the top down. Stitches are cast on using either a provisional crochet cast-on, allowing the neckline to be adjusted later, or an Italian cast-on. Short rows are worked at the beginning across the shoulders and back of the neck to shape the neckline and ensure a good fit. The yoke is then worked in the round with raglan increases. The work is subsequently divided into body and sleeves, which are finished separately. The length of both the body and sleeves can easily be adjusted, making it simple to knit them shorter or longer as desired.

ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING

In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a knitting kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.

In some cases, however, you will not receive a pattern as part of your order:

If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.

In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:

- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).

Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
