Knitting kit for Telma Tee with short sleeves by Katrine Hannibal for Önling
Telma Tee is a lovely and airy summer top/t-shirt with light textured stripes, created by knitting with one and two threads held together in turn. This creates the feminine stripes and the soft and airy look.
The top is short and has approximately 6-8 inches of positive ease (in addition to your bust measurement) and regular armholes. The neckline is wide to show off our lovely summer tan. The pattern also includes instructions for knitting 3/4-length sleeves.
This knitting kit contains: Önling No 10 and Önling No 12, yarn for the elected size and a pattern.

Recommended circular and double-pointed needles: 3,5 and 4,5 mm / US 4 and US 7.
Gauge:
20 sts and 32 rows in stockinette on needle 4 . mm / US 7 = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches
Procedure:
The top is knitted in the round from the top down. The yoke is first knitted with short rows and increases, and then with increases in the pattern. After that, the work is divided, and the sleeves and body are finished separately. This allows you to try on the sweater as you go and adjust it precisely to your fit. The length can be easily adjusted and knitted shorter or longer if desired.

- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
