Knitting kit for No 35 sweater by VesterbyCrea in Önling No 15 + silk mohair
VesterbyCrea.No.35 is a beautiful basic sweater with a high neck and pretty cables on both body and sleeves. Here we work it in a kit consisting of 100% soft merino wool together with a strand of silk mohair. The result will be more fluffy than shown on the pictures.
Please note: The sweater shown in the pictures on this page is NOT worked in Önling yarns (pictures are designer's own).
The knitting kit contains: Yarn for the selected size and a digital pattern in English.
The pattern is a PDF file. Immediately after purchase you will be able to download the pattern directly from the purchase confirmation page. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to your pattern, and the pattern will be available here at the site via your personal account - so remember to create an account :-) Read more about digital knitting patterns here.

The front piece is worked flat with cables just as the back piece and then joined with the back piece to create the body. The body is worked in the round with cables and finished with a double ribbing and stretchy bind off. The sleeve stitches are picked up along the armhole and worked in the round with cables and finished with italian bind off. Neckline is worked by picking up stitches along the neckline and then worked in ribbing. Finished with tubular italian bind off. The sweater is assembly free.
Please Note:
The price of the yarn kit is calculated based on the amount of yarn included, which is the amount we have used to knit the design according to the above measurements. Should you need more yarn, additional yarn can be purchased at regular prices by placing an order and state lot number in the comment box at checkout. All designs have been thoroughly calculated and tested.
ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
