Knitting kit for Elin bandana with stripes in Önling No 15
A soft and fluffy scarf knitted in 100% merino wool; Önling No 15 or No 2, with pretty stripes and i-cord edges. You get a nice little scarf / bandana that you will love, as it is just amazingly soft and beautiful in its simplicity. The scarf is easy and simple to knit and wonderful to wear around the neck like a bandana scarf.
Elin bandana can be knitted in Önling No. 15 or Önling No. 2 yarns. Note that the scarf in the pictures shown on this page, is knitted in Önling No 15 yarn.

Sizes: Onesize (approx. 25 x 150 cm)
Materials: Önling No 15, 100% Merino wool, 180 m pr. 50 g.
Color A: Medium grey: 100 g
Color B: Watermelon: 100 gr
Worked with one thread throughout
Recommended circular needle: 4mm / Size 6 US
Gauge: 23 sts and 21 ridges (42 rows) in garter st on circular needle size 4 mm = 10 x 10 cm.
Procedure: Knit the scarf back and forth from lace to lace, with i-cord edges on both sides. Cast off on one side until half of the shawl is done. Then continue working on the other side until the shawl is finished knitting.

In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
