We share PetiteKnits love for mohair, and this old design in mohair edition is a new favourite of ours. It is knitted in 2 strains silk mohair, with the classic Sunday-sweater round yoke.
We knit it in our own Önling No 10.

Materials:
This yarn kit does not contain the original yarn used by PetiteKnit, but carefully selected yarn that matches the gauge:
225(250)250(275)275(275)300(325)325 g Silk Mohair, Önling No 10, 70% Mohair, 30% Silk, 25 g = approximately 210m
Suggested needles:6 mm / 80 cm circular needles, 7 mm / 40 and 80 cm circular needles, 6 mm double pointed needles (dpns), or the required needle size to obtain gauge.
NOTE: the sweater is worked with three strands held together throughout.
Gauge: 14 sts x 18 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 x 10 cm 7 mm needles, after blocking.

In some cases, however, you will not receive a pattern as part of your order:
If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
