Knitting kit for Festival sweater my size from PetiteKnit, in Önling No 1
Festival Sweater - My Size is a beautiful, sweater with pretty and happy stripes. It is knitted from top to bottom and in the round and the stripes are knitted with a technique that creates small bubbles.
Note that the sweater shown in the pictures is knitted in a different yarn than in this kit. Here we work it in Önling No 1, 75% Merino Superfine Super 100’s Wool and 25% Angora, which results in a sweater with a softer look than in original yarns.
If you want the same colors as in the picture, we recommend that you choose Color A (base color): Off-white 01 and Color B (stripe color): Dark Navy 3339
The yarn kit contains: Önling No 1 yarn for the elected size and a printed pattern.

Size guide:
Festival Sweater is designed to have approx. 13 cm [5 inches] of positive ease, meaning it is designed to be 13 cm [5 inches] larger in circumference than your bust measurement. The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL are designed to fit a bust circumference of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm [31½-33½ (33½-35½) 35½-37½ (37½-39½) 39½-43¼ (43¼-47¼) 47¼-51¼ (51¼-55) 55-59 inches].
Before beginning your project, measure yourself to determine which size to knit. For example, if you measure 90 cm [34¾ inches] around your bust (or around the widest part of your upper body) you should knit a size S. A size S sweater has a bust circumference of 104 cm [41 inches] which in the given example would give you 14 cm [5½ inches] of positive ease.

ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
