Irmelin socks, knitting kit in Önling no 18
Irmelin is an elegant sock with a simple yet beautiful lace pattern that adds a feminine touch. The sock is designed with a classic reinforced gusset heel and band toe, ensuring a comfortable fit. The lace pattern continues down the top of the foot, creating a lovely detail, while the underside of the foot is knitted in stockinette for optimal comfort.
These socks are perfect to style with a pair of sneakers, where the combination of the feminine lace pattern and the rugged footwear creates a unique and modern look. We have knitted Irmelin in our luxurious Önling No 18, a soft and durable yarn blend consisting of 75% wool (non-superwash) and 25% recycled PET from plastic bottles. This makes them both comfortable and eco-friendly — a durable and stylish sock for everyday wear. Knitting pattern for Irmelin socks

ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a knitting kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In some cases, however, you will not receive a pattern as part of your order:
If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
