Knitting kit for Chess mens sweater with pocket
Checkered pattern is worked in a combination of garter sts and shaker rib, 2 rows in bc and 2 rows in CC alternately, working only one color at a time. Every second row, i.e. all rows from the back side are all knit stitches, making this pattern easy to work. Sleeves are worked from neckline and downwards in plain BC shaker Rib, where ever alt. row is a knit row. Leaving out the pocket will not alter the check pattern.
The knitting kit contains: Yarn for the selected size and a pattern.

Gauge:
26 sts and 52 rows in check pattern = 10 x 10 cm.

Worked with one thread throughout.
Suggested needles: Circular needles 2½ and 3 or 3½mm, short circular needle 2½mm and 3mm for the neckband

In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
