Knitting kit for Elin bandana with stripes in Önling No 2
A soft and fluffy scarf knitted in 100% merino wool; Önling No 2 or No 15, with pretty stripes and i-cord edges. You get a nice little scarf / bandana that you will love, as it is just amazingly soft and beautiful in its simplicity. The scarf is easy and simple to knit and wonderful to wear around the neck like a bandana scarf.
Elin bandana can be knitted in Önling No. 2 or Önling No. 15 yarns. Note that the scarf in the picture shown on this page, is knitted in Önling No 2 yarn.
The yarn kit contains: Önling No 2 and a digital pattern.

Sizes: Onesize (approx. 25 x 150 cm)
Materials: Önling No 2, 100% Merino wool, 180 m pr. 50 g.
Color A: Olive yellow (col 40127): 50 g
Color B: Marzipan (col 7839): 50 gr
Worked with one thread throughout
Recommended circular needle: 4mm / Size 6 US
Gauge: 23 sts and 21 ridges (42 rows) in garter st on circular needle size 4 mm = 10 x 10 cm.
Procedure: Knit the scarf back and forth from lace to lace, with i-cord edges on both sides. Cast off on one side until half of the shawl is done. Then continue working on the other side until the shawl is finished knitting.

In some cases, however, you will not receive a pattern as part of your order:
If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
