450(450)500(500) g / 9(9)10(10) balls Önling No 20, 100% shetland wool, 50 g = approx. 247 yards (225 meters), weight: sport
Worked with two strands held together throughout.
Recommended circular needles slip-stitch texture on needle size 5,5 mm / US 9.
Edges in garter stitch on needle size 4,5 mm / US 7.
Gauge approx. 18 sts in slip-stitch pattern worked with two strands held together on needle size 5,5 mm / US 9 = 10 cm / 4 inches across.
Procedure
The garment is worked back and forth, in double yarn / two strands. Back and fronts are joined across the shoulders. Edges are worked in garter stitch. We recommend to work on a circular needle, due to the weight of the knitting.

If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
