This is an oversize cardigan with long sleeves knitted in 2 strands of No 1 from Önling in stockinette stitch with fine knit ridge edges. A classic oversize cardigan for outdoor use during spring and autumn and for indoor use in the winter. It’s feminine with pretty, simple details and the soft, delicate yarn makes it all feminine, soft and delicate. A real cozy sweater that you move into.
The yarn kit contains: Önling No 1 yarn for the elected size and a pattern. The yarn kit does not contain grosgrain band and snap buttons, these can be purchased separately, se related products below.

Work with two strands throughout the work.
10 push buttons 22mm / 1 inch.
175 cm grosgrain ribbon 40mm.
Guiding circular needles 7 and 8 mm / US 10 1/2 and 11.
6 stitch markers.
Gauge:
13sts and 19rows in stockinette st on circular needle size 8 / US 11 = 10 x 10 cm.
Directions:
The jacket is knitted from the bottom up. The body is knitted back and forth in one piece up to the armholes. Then work is split in fronts and back. Work knit ridges on both front pieces and at the side seams. The sleeves are knitted from the bottom up, in the round. Body and sleeves are joined for the raglan yoke, which is worked with decreases in the raglan seam.

In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
