Knitting pattern for Bernadette, a lovely, basic raglan Sweater with pocket details. The colors and stripes can be adapted to fit your wishes, and it is a great sweater that you can use for many occassions.

Bernadette can be knitted in Isager Alpaca 2 and Silk Mohair, or our super soft 100% merino wool, Önling no. 2.

Isager Silk Mohair, 70% super kid mohair and 30% silk, 848m per 100g:(100)100(125)125(125)175(175) g.
One color of Alpaca is knitted with Silk Mohair double stranded throughout.

Önling No 1, 75% Merino Superfine wool and 25% Angora, 180m per 50g. :

Recommended circular needle and doublepointed needlessize 3,5 mm and 4,5 mm / US 4 and 7.

8 stitch markers.

2-3 meters/yards of marking yarn for the pocket.

Gauge:
21 sts and 28 rows in stockinette stitch on a 4,5 mm / US7 circular needle = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches.

Directions:
The sweater is worked from the top down. First the yoke is worked back and forth while raglan increases are worked together with increases at the beginning and end of the row, to shape the neck line. Then stitches are cast on for the front of the neck and the work in joined in the round. The rest of the yoke is worked in the round with raglan increases. Then the work is split into body and sleeves and each piece is finished separately in the round.
