Knitting Kit for Ger∂ur Islandsk Sweater in Önling No 1
"Ger∂ur" is an Icelandic-inspired sweater with a pretty feminine pattern, inspired by flowers, decorative fair-isle details and a slightly oversize design.
Katrine loves to find her inspiration in nature. Flowers and green plants are essential elements in her life, and this shows everywhere in her private home. The pattern on this Icelandic sweater is Katrine’s interpretation of flowers. The yarn used for this design is Önling’s own No 1, which is perfectly suited for Fair-Isle patterns, as well as wonderfully soft and pleasant to wear.
The kit contains: Yarn for the selected size and color and a digital pattern.
The pattern is a PDF file. Immediately after purchase you will be able to download the pattern directly from the purchase confirmation page. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to your pattern, and the pattern will be available here at the site via your personal account - so remember to create an account :-) Read more about digital knitting patterns here.

ABOUT PATTERNS FROM ÖNLING
In 95% of all kits from Önling, you get a digital pattern and yarn when you buy a knitting kit. Read more about how to get hold of your digital knitting pattern here.
In some cases, however, you will not receive a pattern as part of your order:
If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
