Knitting kit for Harald's Jumper for kids by PetiteKnit in Önling No 1
Harald’s Jumper is worked from the top down. The yoke is knit in the round in rib and shaped with increases. Body and sleeves are knit in stockinette stitch and finished with a rib edge.
Make a gauge swatch before casting on, wash and dry it as you would the final piece, so that you are sure to begin with the right needle size to give you a gauge of 20 sts per 10 cm in stockinette stitch.

This kit does not contain the original yarn used by PetiteKnit, but carefully selected yarn that matches the gauge:
150(150)150(150)200(200)200(250)250 g Önling No 1, 75% Merino Superfine Super 100s Wool and 25% Angora, 50 g = approximately 180m
Gauge: 20 stitches x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 4.5 mm needles
Worked with one thread throughout.
Suggested needles: Circular ndls4.5 mm / 40 and 60 cm circular needles, 4.5 mm double pointed needles (dpns) (or the required needle size to obtain gauge)

In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- When you buy a kit for ALL designs from PetiteKnit's, you will receive a printed, pattern together with your yarn, as we are unfortunately not allowed to sell Petite Knits' patterns digitally.
- When you buy a kit for a design from selected books (e.g. Helga Isager), you sometimes have to buy the book separately, in cases where the patterns are not released to be sold separately. It will always be clearly described in the product title, with for example "xx kit, excluding pattern", when the pattern is not included.
- All patterns from Isager are delivered as a printed pattern, as we do not have access to sell these digitally. You will receive your pattern along with your yarn shipment.
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
