Knitting kit for Celina Top in Önling No 2
Celina is a delicate summer top made in soft, light wool, and with a beautiful frost lace pattern on front and back piece. Even though the top is made in wool, it is light and great for a Danish summer day. The top is oversize and has extra width of around 15-20 cm at the bust. You can use the top throughout the year, simply by combining it with a long-sleeved t-shirt underneath on cold days.
We have knitted the top in Önling No 2, made from 100% merino wool, and produced according to organic standards.

Worked with one strand throughout the work.
Recommended circular needles sizes 3 and 3½ mm / US 2.5 and 4, in 80 cm / 32 inches length (we use magic loop for small circumferences)
Optional, an extra 3½ mm / US 4 needle for 3-needle bind-off
6 stitch markers

Gauge 22 sts and 31 rows in stockinette st on needle size 3½ mm / US 4 = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches
Procedure
The top is worked in the round from the bottom up. Increases are made at the side seams. At the armholes, the work is divided, and back and front are completed separately. The shoulders are joined at the end using a 3-needle bind-off. The frost lace pattern is worked on both the back and front all the way to the shoulders.

In some cases, however, you will not receive a pattern as part of your order:
If you buy a Yarn kit, you will only receive yarn for the design in question. Yarn kits are only sold for selected designs from external designers, where we do not have the right to sell the pattern. When a kit is sold without pattern, you can always see it in the header, which will say (excl pattern) in the header.
In very few cases, however, we provide a printed pattern rather than a digital one:
- For a select, few designs from PetiteKnit, we will add a printed pattern to the parcel - but for most PetiteKnit designs, you will not receive a pattern, as they are mainly sold as yarn kits (excl pattern). In these cases you will always be able to see it in the header, where it says (excl pattern).
Wool can last for years, but it requires good care. Washing is tough on your woolen garments and in general wool needs to be washed much less than other materials as it has a self-cleaning effect.
