Knitting kit for Novice cardigan Chunky by PetiteKnit, Alpaca 3 + Silk Mohair
The Novice Cardigan – Chunky Edition is worked from the top down. This means that you begin by working the ribbed neck edge, then you work the yoke, then the body and finally the sleeves. The cardigan is worked in stockinette stitch, while the edges are worked in rib. The Novice Cardigan – Chunky Edition has a round yoke, which is shaped by working 4 sets of increases evenly distributed along the yoke.

Gauge: 14 rows x 21 in stockinette stitch on 7 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm

350(400)400(450)450(450)500 g Isager Alpaca 3, 50% Alpaca/ 50% wool, 50g = 125m
100(125)125(125)125(150)150 g Önling No 10, 70% Mohair, 30% Silk, 25 g = approximately 210m
