Knitting pattern for Ebba sweater by Katrine Hannibal
Ebba is a basic raglan sweater knitted in stockinette stitches. You can knit a very simple sweater in one solid color or you can 'paint' with scrap yarn and knit the most beautiful and unique sweater with an interesting color profile. We give you two different methods you can use if you want to play with colors and make a sweater with stripes from scraps. You can choose to follow one method only or mix between a combination of the two. We urge you to use your imagination and experiment with colors!
Ebba has a really good fit, as we find that absolutely crucial in order for us to be happy with our clothes, wear it a lot and give it a good, long life. Here we have worked Ebba in our delicious Shetland wool together by silk mohair, and the result is a warm, soft and rustic sweater.
If you lack the base yarn for this sweater, we can recommend a mystery bag with 300 gr of shetland wool for only USD 49,- (your own mohair scraps must be added). Buy the mystery bag here.
